Client Reports are confidential and released to clients in a password protected Adobe Acrobat format.  Passwords are given only to clients who may thereafter distribute them to whomever they choose.  This often includes real estate agents and the seller of the property.

Note:  If your report is not opening when you double click on it, try right-clicking on the title of the report and select "Save Target As...".  Then select your Desktop as the destination to save it.  Next, start Acrobat and Open the file from the copy on your Desktop.  Make sure you have a recent version of Acrobat or download one from here:
