in the State of Alaska.
 

I am a registered Architect (No.3570)
in the State of Alaska. 
 

I have completed a Master Home Inspector Course from the
American Home Inspector Training Institute and am an
AHIT Certified Home Inspector.
 

I have passed the National Home Inspector Examination
administered by the Examination Board of Professional
Home Inspectors.
 

I hold a Residential Combination Inspector certification
from the International Code Council (ICC).
 

I am recognized  as a code inspector by the
Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC).
 

I am the only inspector in Southeast Alaska that is on the
FHA roster of inspectors.  (FHA)
 

I have passed the AHFC Building Energy Efficiency
Standard Ventilation Compliance Course and Test
(BEES). (AHFC).
 

I was the Juneau City Building Official for 17 years,
in charge of all plan review and inspection of new
and remodeled buildings in Juneau.
 

I was Juneau City Architect for 9 years in charge of
design and construction of several major Juneau
buildings such as Centennial Hall, Downtown Library &
Marine Park Garage and Douglas Fire Hall & Library.
