Actual travel expenses are charged, usually by scheduled general aviation, as well as Juneau airport parking, lodging and meal costs, all without markup. These can be split if more than one inspection is scheduled per trip.
   Sales Taxes Sales taxes are charged at the local rate for the portion of the fee generated in the local community plus Juneau sales tax for research and report writing.
* Mold Inspections are specific to the type and extent of the contamination and may involve: 
      Air Sampling (Min. 2 needed), Carpet/Air Sampling, Bio Tape Samples, Swab Samples,                         
                                                     $100 each   Identifies types of particles and quantity
      Culturing of Samples - add         $100 each   Identifies species of mold and quantity
Results are generally available in 72 hours except culturing which requires about two weeks
