  had a little bit of a background in building so I would know what to look
  for in a house, but by following you in the inspection process at the
  house and in the concerns in following up on the things that matter, has

 "My experience with Mr. Roust as the inspector who performed the
  home inspection on a house I bought was only positive and very
  professional.

  Mr. Roust performed the inspection and produced a very thorough and  
  detailed report in a short time, which was also available on his website
  with a password (a nice feature if one has family living outside of  
 Juneau).

  The detailed description, accompanied by photos of the needed  
  repairs, were easy to understand, even for me, since I am
  unexperienced in these matters. Being a single mom, it was important
  to know that the house we were buying was in good shape and that
  there were no hidden costly surprises.  Mr. Roust even went back for a
  second time at no cost to me to check on one more detail that had
  come to his attention to make sure everything was in order.  I would
  highly recommend Mr. Roust's services to anybody.  His
  professionalism, his friendly manner, and his high level of expertise
  make him a very valuable advisor when buying a home.
